Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Coach to lead our badminton team at Wing's Badminton Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training and practice sessions, as well as motivating and preparing athletes for competitive events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Plan, develop, and implement training and practice sessions to improve team performance.
  • Team Management: Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Recruitment: Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance to determine their suitability for the team.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. The team will be based in a state-of-the-art badminton facility, with access to top-notch equipment and resources.

Requirements
  • Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as sports science or coaching.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a coaching or leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes.
  • Physical Demands: The ability to stand for extended periods and travel to away games and tournaments.
