  • Verify findings with supervisor to decide on repair or replacement of units
  • Communicate work details with supervisor
  • Examine and test mechanical units to identify faults and issues
  • Monitor motor performance
  • Evaluate automotive systems and components
  • Modify, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems
  • Fix or substitute mechanical units or components
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturer specifications
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance services
  • Inform customers about work completed and future repair needs
  • Document problems and work performed in reports
  • Deliver excellent customer service
