About the Role

3D Property Management is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our employees and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Conduct safety and security checks to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as required, using proper lifting techniques to avoid injury.
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair, as needed.
  • Work with minimal supervision, taking initiative to complete tasks and make decisions in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Building operator/superintendent certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Computer and technology knowledge, including proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Experience in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel to job sites.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a physically demanding environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
