- Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
- Conduct safety and security checks to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as required, using proper lifting techniques to avoid injury.
- Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair, as needed.
- Work with minimal supervision, taking initiative to complete tasks and make decisions in a timely manner.
- Building operator/superintendent certificate or equivalent experience.
- Computer and technology knowledge, including proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience in civil engineering or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel to job sites.
