Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Krave Supplements Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient meal preparation and minimize waste.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Supervision: 3-4 people, including food and beverage servers, kitchen and food service helpers.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
