About the Role

Morrison Cafe Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our cafe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 staff members
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Administrative Tasks

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Language and Work Conditions
    • Fluent in English
    • 35 hours per week
