Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1155185 BC Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food service delivery
    • Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Administrative and Reporting
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Knowledge and Experience
    • Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres and menu offerings
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at 1155185 BC Ltd, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet the demands of our food service operations.
