Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing meeting minutes, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including developing schedules, setting deadlines, and tracking progress.
