About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Client Services Specialist to join our team at Questrade Financial Group. As a key member of our client support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple client interactions simultaneously, ensuring that each client receives prompt and effective support.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Questrade's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide technical support to clients on our trading software platforms, resolving issues and answering questions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Questrade's products and services, enhancing the client experience and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues, ensuring that clients receive seamless support and service.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field.
  • Impeccable written and spoken English and Mandarin, with highly polished communication skills.
  • Ability to work rotating 8-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) certification an asset.
