Bilingual Call Centre Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Call Centre Representative to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through email and phone inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process email and phone inquiries related to building maintenance and other specialized services.
  • Provide effective customer service to clients through oral and written communication.
  • Handle and resolve complex and challenging client complaint issues.
  • Liaise with internal departments and other stakeholders to resolve client inquiries.
  • Demonstrate consistent adherence to organizational Best Practices.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual; strong communication skills in both French and English, oral and written.
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Minimum of 40 wpm typing speed.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Sound problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.
  • Outstanding organizational skills including the ability to maintain an effective balance between multiple and competing priorities.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills, team player.
