About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at AM/PM Service. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of supplies and materials between departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and other key metrics.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the organization and maintenance of warehouse and work areas, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • General Office Duties: Perform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Assist with the maintenance of communications equipment, ensuring it is functioning properly and efficiently.
