About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Beauty Sales Consultant to join our team at Chatters Barrie South location. As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting beauty products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Expertise: You will have a passion for beauty products and be able to present and promote them to customers.
  • Success: Your goal will be to have customers leave happy with your recommendations.
  • Relationships: You will build strong relationships with customers and colleagues through excellent communication skills.
  • Challenge: You will be up for the challenge of meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Targets: You will be driven to achieve sales targets and consistently meet or exceed them.
  • Network: You will be known for your exceptional customer service skills and referrals will come your way.
  • Organize and Support: You will be ready to step in whenever required to support your colleagues and the business.
