Job Title: Power Plant Chief Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Plant Chief Engineer to join our team at Pernod Ricard España SA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our power plant, as well as maintaining and improving our electrical and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operation of the power plant, including monitoring and controlling electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Develop and implement maintenance and repair plans to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment.
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to design and implement improvements to our electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the smooth operation of the power plant.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a power plant or similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
