Job Title: Power Plant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Plant Operations Manager to join our team at Pernod Ricard España SA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our power plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Chief Operating Engineer in coordinating power plant operations and maintenance activities to meet production and plant operations requirements.
  • Administer programs involving electrical, mechanical, general construction, and repair and maintenance of existing facilities and equipment.
  • Ensure effective cost management for site power plant and budget development and ownership.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and governing bodies.
  • Assign and verify completion of routine maintenance/PM and operation of all mechanical, electrical, H.C systems and any other related equipment.
  • Assist with the administration of inventory control programs and systems.
Requirements:
  • 1st class Power Engineer certificate from the TSSA (will consider a 2nd class Power Engineer certificate with some 1st class examination completed with all 1st class time (24 months experience as a Shift Engineer in a first-class plant).
  • ~5+ years of related work experience.
  • ~ Appropriate license/permit for trade as may be required.
  • ~ Proficient in the use of computer systems.
  • ~ Ability to make things happen, customer focus, team building and influencing and partnering.
