Senior Investment Consultant

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Investment Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Investment Consulting Practice, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional investment consulting services to our institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide consulting support services and technical expertise on a range of advisory and OCIO Investment clients and accounts.
- Anticipate client issues, needs or concerns and proactively develop solutions to meet those needs in partnership with the Account Executive/lead Consultants.
- Review client accounts and relationships and recommend ways to improve the value Aon brings to the client.
- Contribute to the development of the go-to-market strategy for the Investment Consulting Practice.
- Identify gaps between client needs and existing Aon Investment Consulting services and propose service enhancements.
- 7+ years of experience in financial/investment consulting environment.
- Thorough understanding of institutional investment and investment industry insight and processes.
- Understanding of investment concepts and the financial markets.
- Knowledge of the Canadian pension fund market.
- Ability to support a book of business and manage an extensive portfolio of diverse Institutional clients.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical decision-making, and developing solutions for clients/business issues.
- Entrepreneurial and creative spirit by recognizing and capitalizing on opportunities to help with the growth and expansion of the organization.
