Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Planning: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Job Posting and Advertising: Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications.
  • Candidate Guidance: Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
