Dispatcher Role Overview

As a vital member of PB03 LOGISTICS LTD, the Dispatcher plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services. This position requires a strong commitment to effective communication and organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.

  • Manage and maintain communication systems for operational efficiency.
  • Assign personnel based on established schedules and directives.
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to work assignments.
  • Track and document shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Understand and apply cross-border transportation regulations.
  • Familiarity with trucking industry rules and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle operator activities.
  • Utilize radio communication tools effectively.
  • Process and relay information to coordinate the efforts of vehicle operators and teams.
  • Document mileage, fuel consumption, repairs, and other expenses.
  • Plan and coordinate the activities of vehicle operators, teams, and equipment.
