  • Develop and Implement Operational Policies

Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality guest experiences.

Staff Recruitment and Management

Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.

Performance Reviews and Training

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge.

Supplier Negotiations and Procurement

Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for materials and supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

Financial Management

Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize financial performance.

Marketing and Promotion

Develop and implement marketing plans to attract and retain guests, and oversee the execution of marketing activities.

Maintenance and Facilities Management

Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities, ensuring the hotel's facilities are well-maintained and meet high standards.

Guest Services and Complaint Resolution

Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Business Planning and Development

Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and improvement, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Accommodations Manager who possesses excellent leadership and communication skills, and a strong understanding of hospitality operations.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality management or business administration.

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Physical Demands

Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional standing for extended periods.

Language

English language proficiency is required.
