Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Product Specialist to join our team at Apex Time Solutions. As a key member of our Production Implementation and Support Group, you will play a critical role in providing technical assistance to our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert, providing guidance and support to customers through email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Assess and resolve complex technical queries and issues related to product functionality and architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Sales, and Quality Control, to ensure business requirements and technical direction are aligned.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve business processes and system changes to support strategic initiatives.
  • Provide end-user training and support for software integration and business processes.

Requirements:

  • College/University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing and/or distribution environments with a strong understanding of software integration and business processes.
  • Hands-on experience with database configuration, end-user training, and project methodologies.
  • Previous experience with Payroll, Accounting, CRM, ERP, and related software capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
