About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Trendybucks. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates
    • Assign sales workers to duties and tasks
    • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Sell merchandise and promote products to customers
    • Authorize returns and exchanges of merchandise
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution
    • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
  • Language and Communication
    • Fluency in English
  • Leadership and Teamwork
    • Proven leadership and teamwork skills
