Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at URBAN CHOICE MARKET LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and management staff.
- Store Operations: Manage store inventory, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by providing exceptional service, resolving customer complaints, and addressing customer feedback.
- Financial Management: Manage store finances, including cash handling, inventory control, and budgeting.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales growth, manage promotions, and maintain a strong brand presence.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
As a Retail Store Manager at URBAN CHOICE MARKET LTD., you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a dynamic team. You will be required to stand for extended periods, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
