SAP Sales Leader Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Sales Leader to drive SAP opportunities from qualification to closure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SAP solutioning and services selling, with a strong understanding of SAP's product ecosystem and industry-specific solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute SAP sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers at key accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver compelling SAP solutions and business value messages.
  • Generate and execute opportunities, including executive meetings, SAP discovery conversations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Ability to hunt new and farm existing accounts for SAP opportunities.
  • Experience engaging with senior leaders (CxO level) on various solutions and business problems.
Requirements:
  • ~10+ years SAP experience, of which at least 3 years as an SAP Sales Leader.
  • ~ Understands the latest offerings from SAP – Rise, S/4HANA, AMS, AD, BTP, LOB solutions (Ariba, SFSF, IBP).
  • ~ Has hands-on experience in solutioning and presenting various SAP services – Transformation, AMS, Cloud Migration.
  • ~ Understanding of the SAP business in the Hi-Tech, Manufacturing &/or ENU industry and the nuances of the sector, especially around cloud migration.
  • ~ Should be a good communicator and have experience working with offshore presales and solution teams.
