Position Overview: As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at FNZ (UK) Ltd, you will be instrumental in guaranteeing that top-tier solutions are provided from the initial requirements phase through to the final production deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume responsibility for your team's output, setting a standard that encourages a highly efficient and autonomous project group.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with analytical testing methodologies, automation practices, and project performance indicators.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to the FNZ Analysis & Testing team, enhancing their skills and supporting less experienced members.
  • Take personal responsibility for achieving deadlines and delivering superior solutions that maximize client value.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for individuals with a solid background in analytical or testing roles who demonstrate confidence and proactivity in a client-oriented and results-driven setting.

Leadership Skills: You should be capable of leading a team of technical experts, providing direction and support to the FNZ Analysis & Testing team, fostering skill development, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong organizational, administrative, and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both within teams and when interacting with clients.
  • Proficiency in Relational Database concepts and advanced SQL.
  • Practical coding experience in any programming language, whether as a former developer or a coding enthusiast.
  • Hands-on experience with performance and load testing tools, such as JMeter and New Relic.
  • Demonstrated expertise in automation testing methodologies.
  • Experience in API testing to ensure the reliability and robustness of software.
  • A strong foundation in business analysis to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions.
