Training and Knowledge Enhancement Train end-users on how to test each product, providing guidance and instructions to ensure accurate and effective testing. Ensure each test is performed accurately and according to the client's guidelines through regular training sessions, promoting consistency and adherence to testing protocols. Understand, innovate, and remain current with the client's products, staying updated with the latest features, functionalities, and enhancements. Remain current with industry standards and company policies, ensuring that testing practices align with industry best practices and internal guidelines.4.
