What We Offer:
As the Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be instrumental in leading the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring quality across our application landscape throughout the entire lifecycle. This role involves collaboration with both our US and Canadian operations, working closely with IT and business stakeholders to align platform capabilities with quality standards and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize business and functional expertise to formulate end-to-end testing strategies.
- Design and implement test cases across various platforms, projects, and releases, aiming for zero defects.
- Establish quality processes and methodologies to uphold quality standards across platforms.
- Provide training and mentorship to project and platform team members on essential testing artifacts.
- Lead initiatives in test automation, enhancing efficiency and reducing delivery timelines.
- Guide business and technical analysts in test case development and execution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure comprehensive test plans are created for functional, non-functional requirements, unit testing, user acceptance testing, regression, and hotfix releases.
- Develop test standards to serve as a framework for all applications.
- Implement testing methodologies and metrics to manage and evaluate the testing process, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Configure test automation tools to meet the specific needs of platforms or projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role as a business or test analyst.
- Extensive knowledge of testing processes and methodologies.
- At least 1 year of experience in documenting and executing test cases, preferably with a test automation tool.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with clients, management, and project teams.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
- Proven capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in service delivery with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
