  • Perform daily reporting using computerized and manual systems, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Answer enquiries regarding guest services, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Process guest registrations through various channels, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure work areas are stocked and equipment is kept functional, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Reconcile online reservations daily, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional manner.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Professional telephone etiquette, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
