Job Description: Digital Marketing Analyst - Audience Insights

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Digital Marketing Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in understanding our clients' target audiences, uncovering valuable insights from data, and driving impactful marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze website traffic data using industry-leading tools such as Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Core metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Leverage segmentation software like Adobe Audience Manager or Google Marketing Platform to create detailed customer profiles and segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, and interests.
  • Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to optimize website content, landing pages, and marketing campaigns, analyzing results and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, effectively communicating key findings and recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our analytical capabilities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, analytics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools and segmentation software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
