About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Merchandising Analyst to join our team at Loblaw Digital. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for launching and managing products on our online platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the online product enrichment process, working closely with cross-functional teams and vendor partners to launch new products.
  • Track products through the onboarding process and resolve any product-level content issues to ensure items are available for purchase.
  • Provide insights to internal teams on site maintenance, operations, performance analysis, and internal search improvements.
  • Conduct site audits to ensure online product information and product merchandising are correct.
  • Develop new processes and enhance existing ones to improve speed to market and efficiency.
  • Assist with site merchandising activities, such as maintaining navigation and creating landing and category pages.
  • Assist with on-site reporting and analytics to provide valuable insights that inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Completion of a bachelor's degree (BA, BCom) or similar.
  • 1-3 years of experience in merchandising, category management, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proven capability to work with relevant tools (Excel, internal tools).
  • Knowledge in querying transactional, loyalty, and web analytics raw data using SQL (BigQuery Standard SQL).
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, self-organize, and be proactive to complete multiple tasks on time.
