The Management Trainee role involves engaging in a comprehensive, well-organized training initiative designed to impart a robust understanding of all facets of our operations.

Program Structure

The Management Trainee program integrates a series of departmental rotations alongside classroom instruction, with the objective of preparing individuals for leadership positions that leverage their strengths and promote career growth. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will transition into pivotal roles as new business Sales Representatives. Following their tenure in Sales, Management Trainee graduates will have the opportunity to pursue positions in various fields, including but not limited to: Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, or Service Management. Please note that driving a van/truck or personal vehicle is necessary for two of the rotations. Our Management Trainee program is accessible nationwide.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must possess, or be on track to obtain, a Bachelor's degree within six months

Preferred:

  • Experience through co-op or internships in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative roles
  • A major in business or a related field
  • Demonstrated leadership or management experience in campus organizations or related extracurricular activities
  • Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the conclusion of the program
