Overview

At PepsiCo Canada, we are seeking a talented individual to join our Sales Leadership Program. This program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders in the beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and sustain a growing CPG business through sales and marketing efforts.
  • Attend National Capability Sessions to learn about PepsiCo's business and people agenda.
  • Develop relationships across the organization and receive best-in-class coaching.
  • Leverage sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets.
  • Flex both entrepreneurial and physical muscles while merchandising iconic brands.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree completed by August 2024.
  • Strong leadership, passion, and a desire to make an impact.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, as demonstrated by the ability to handle multiple priorities, problem-solve complex situations, and meet deadlines or targets.
  • Competitive and team-oriented focus with a winning attitude.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have a clean record.
