Medical Device Specialist

BIOTRONIK, a leading manufacturer of cardio- and endovascular implants and catheters, seeks a skilled Medical Device Specialist to support our sales efforts and provide technical expertise to customers.
Your Responsibilities:- Support Pacemaker and ICD implants at various hospitals, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide education and technical expertise to customers, including Electrophysiologists, Cardiologists, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with the local Territory Manager to drive sales efforts and achieve business objectives.
- University degree and/or College Diploma, with specialization in healthcare preferred.
- Healthcare work experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Highly effective prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills are essential.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, conflict resolution, and people management skills is required.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- General work hours with some overtime required.
- Must have a car to perform daily work duties.
- Will be required to travel out of province occasionally for training and meetings.
