About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our medical device development projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex product development programs, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to develop innovative medical devices from concept to launch.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and support the development of junior project managers and team members.
  • Interface with business development and program managers to support the transfer of new projects into engineering.
  • Supervise team members' work to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company procedures, and product requirements.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience managing similar projects in a regulated industry.
  • Previous experience as a project manager in a consulting environment is desired.
  • PMP certification is not required, but we will consider experienced candidates with the qualifications.
