Job Description

Leveraging your expertise in products, platforms, omni-channel, digital experience, and business outcomes, you will develop strategies tailored to the North American market, enhancing client relationships and driving practice growth.

Your background in digital solutions and operations will be crucial in understanding the challenges and opportunities our clients face during transition and transformation.

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Lead Discovery engagements, developing structured and logical frameworks to define problems, analyze data, and make actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, optimize platform solution operations, and provide vision and local leadership.
