About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Dairy Queen. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including coordinating office services, managing supplies, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, efficient communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, team player, initiative, accuracy, client focus, and interpersonal awareness.
