We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Charlie Hamiltons Pub. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation
Plan and prepare menus that meet the needs of our customers, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
Cooking and Food PreparationPrepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
Kitchen ManagementManage the kitchen and food service areas, ensuring that they are clean and well-organized at all times.
Staff Training and DevelopmentTrain and develop our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
Customer ServiceProvide excellent customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Work Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
LanguageFluent in English.
Work Schedule35 to 40 hours per week.
