About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Sai Woo Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and managing kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers
    • Estimate food requirements and manage inventory to minimize waste
  • Kitchen Operations Management
    • Oversee kitchen staff and ensure efficient food preparation and service
    • Manage kitchen supplies and equipment to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Customer Service
    • Prepare and cook meals to meet the dietary needs of our customers
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with our culinary team to ensure seamless kitchen operations
    • Communicate effectively with staff to resolve any issues or concerns
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
