ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by identifying each client's vehicle needs through effective questioning and active listening.
- Drive new business growth by seeking new customers through prospecting and referral networks.
- Facilitate the sale of new and pre-owned vehicles, including conducting test drives.
- Stay informed about automotive terminology and technological advancements in all products and inventory.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all products, including features, specifications, pricing, colors, options, and standard equipment, and participate in available product training.
- Utilize effective closing techniques; seek management assistance when necessary and maintain a profit-oriented mindset.
- Ensure customers are well-informed about their new and pre-owned vehicles' operating features, warranties, and paperwork to foster customer loyalty.
- Introduce customers to Service Department personnel to highlight the quality and efficiency of our service operations.
- Set monthly productivity goals and organize strategies to achieve them.
- Adhere to dealership processes and procedures to maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index rating on sales, delivery, and follow-up.
- Attend department meetings as required.
- Follow company safety policies and practices, reporting any accidents to a Manager/Supervisor immediately.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Capability to work collaboratively with all organizational levels.
- Proficient computer skills (internet & MS Office) with the ability to maintain records using computerized systems.
- Effective negotiation skills and sound decision-making abilities aligned with essential job functions.
- A current VSA MDC License.
- A valid British Columbia Driver's License with a clean driving record.
