About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at REDEFINED DEALS LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our automotive products and services.
  • Sales and Marketing: Advertise and promote our products and services to attract new customers and increase sales.
  • Financial Transactions: Process cash, cheque, credit card, or automatic debit payments.
  • Estimating and Quoting: Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Merchandise and Services: Discuss type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease with customers.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
