Position Overview:

The role of Senior Analyst, Decision Insights is crucial within our Analytics team, which is committed to driving strategic growth in a rapidly changing environment. This position will spearhead analytics initiatives that significantly impact business outcomes and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead analytics projects that align with business objectives.
  • Develop predictive models and optimization solutions to address critical business inquiries.
  • Utilize machine learning and artificial intelligence to enhance analytical algorithms, facilitating scalable solutions across the organization.
  • Conduct validations and ongoing enhancements of analytical models and solutions.

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Extract actionable insights from both internal and external data sources.
  • Compile complex data sets that fulfill both functional and non-functional business requirements.
  • Create data visualization tools to support business analytics and informed decision-making.

Collaboration and Innovation:

  • Engage with cross-functional analytics teams to foster data-driven solutions.
  • Identify and implement innovative algorithms and process improvements to optimize data delivery and enhance scalability.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Computer Science.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in data modeling and insights generation.
  • Proficient in statistical modeling techniques and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and PySpark.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and collaboration with diverse teams in dynamic settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with third-party data sources, including market data and sales information.
  • Understanding of the consumer packaged goods sector.
  • Knowledge of machine learning methodologies and their practical applications.
  • Ability to visualize and present data effectively using various tools.
  • Willingness to explore new technologies and methodologies.
