Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Trubright Transportation Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to our clients and colleagues.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Perform data entry, type and proofread correspondence, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with special projects, such as preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
