About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PLM Project Manager to join our team at Maya HTT. As a trusted partner of Siemens Digital Industries Software, we deliver software, AI, and engineering services that empower clients globally to enhance performance, improve quality, reduce costs, and maximize data value.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective internal communication and customer interactions. They will work closely with technical and sales teams to comprehend project scope and objectives, and oversee project budget and resource allocation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Collaborate with technical and sales teams to comprehend project scope and objectives, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure effective internal communication and customer interactions.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee project budget and resource allocation, create project plans based on work scope and resource needs, and coordinate with delivery manager for project monitoring and reporting.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with customer resources, Solution Architects, and PLM consultants to ensure project alignment, and utilize best practices to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Communication: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders on strategy, progress, and adjustments, and engage with Maya leadership for services project visibility and governance.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of project management experience in IT or PLM, with experience with Agile or waterfall methodology, PMP or Scrum Master certification a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as engineering or manufacturing.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in project management tools and software.
