Position Overview

The Chief Financial Officer at ETERNITY ELECTRIC INC. plays a pivotal role in steering the financial direction of the organization. This position is essential for ensuring that financial strategies align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Department Oversight: Authorize and organize the creation of major departments and appoint senior staff positions accordingly.
  • Coordination: Co-ordinate the activities of various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Objective Setting: Establish clear objectives for the organization and formulate or endorse policies and programs that drive success.
  • Financial Control: Implement financial and administrative controls, develop promotional campaigns, and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
Qualifications

Education: A degree from a College or CEGEP is required.

Experience: A minimum of 3 to less than 5 years of relevant experience in a financial leadership role.
