Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the client's short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, providing actionable insights to guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to establish financial targets and monitor performance against these benchmarks.
  • Oversee the preparation and management of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide stakeholders with a clear understanding of the organization's financial health.
  • Manage the client's cash flow effectively, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations and investments.
  • Implement robust risk management strategies to mitigate potential financial threats, including insurance, investment, and credit risks.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable financial, tax, and legal requirements, coordinating with legal and tax advisors as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in managing finances for high-profile clients, private individuals, or organizations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with high-level clients and stakeholders.
