About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at El Puerto de Acajutla. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our guests.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality dishes.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet the demands of our guests.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring that they have a positive and memorable dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
