At Moonga Nori, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and kitchen management, with the ability to prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers. Additionally, the Executive Chef will maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure that the kitchen and work areas are clean and organized. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
* Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
* Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
* Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
* Clean kitchen and work areas

**Requirements:**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 to less than 7 months of experience
* Strong background in cooking and kitchen management
* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
