Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of janitorial services.
- Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Policies and Procedures: Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure consistency and quality in our services.
- Asset Languages: Fluency in Arabic is an asset.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Janitorial service company.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and physically demanding tasks.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
- Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work.
- Language: Fluency in French is required.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
