About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team at Angus Consulting Management Limited. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee facility operations and maintenance, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance and operations goals and objectives, aligned with project agreements and industry best practices.
  • Manage and supervise staff, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure effective delivery of maintenance services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external service providers to ensure seamless delivery of maintenance services.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and standards, and maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in facilities maintenance and operations management, preferably in a complex, mission-critical environment.
  • Advanced level computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems.
  • Valid BC driver's license.
  • LEED certification and additional qualifications such as BC licensed Electrician and Refrigeration TQ are an asset.
