Job Title: Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Angus Consulting Management Limited. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring that they are safe, efficient, and meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, including equipment, systems, and infrastructure
  • Develop and implement maintenance and operations plans to ensure optimal facility performance
  • Manage and supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet their requirements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and operations
  • Monitor and analyze facility performance data to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in facilities maintenance and operations management
  • LEED certification an asset
  • Knowledge of facility operations and maintenance, as well as building codes and regulations
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Valid BC driver's license
