Job Title: Information Technology Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of strategic business and technology programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, from discovery to closing
  • Define and document project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Develop project plans and associated communication documents
  • Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
  • Manage vendor tasks and track vendor deliverables
  • Identify and mitigate risks and gaps impacting target milestones
  • Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals
  • Develop and implement change management plans to educate and train users on new systems or equipment
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify factors capable of minimizing project success

Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Business or Information Technology
  • ~5+ years of program/project management experience in a fast-paced technology environment
  • Experience creating and delivering quality presentations using PowerPoint
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Project, and Visio
  • Excellent planning and time management skills
