Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Parsons Corporation. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex engineering projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project scope, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical reports.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.
  • Manage and resolve project-related issues and conflicts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in project management, with a focus on engineering and infrastructure projects.
  • Professional registration with PEO (Professional Engineers Ontario).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
