Retail Meat Cutter

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Retail Meat Cutter to join our team at ALSAFA & ALMARWA MEAT PROCESSING INC. As a key member of our meat processing department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of meat products for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and Prepare Meats: Clean and prepare meats to prepare for processing or cutting, ensuring they meet our high standards.
- Cut and Trim Meats: Cut and trim meats to order, using manual cutting utensils and power grinders.
- Wrap and Package Meats: Wrap and package prepared meats for sale, ensuring they are presented attractively and safely.
- Remove Bones and Weigh Meats: Remove bones from meat and weigh meats for sale, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Train and Assist Colleagues: Train and assist colleagues in meat cutting and processing techniques, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train, but a background in meat cutting or processing is an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and physically demanding work.
